Shipping policy

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.


Lead Times:

Because we are a small business and the entire thing is run with just a few people and we make everything in batches, it can take us a while to get to making your order.

We do our best to ensure there is stock built up of our products but in case there is not, there is lead times based on the product. These lead times are also specified on the product description pages.

We make things from scratch though endeavor to have some inventory in stock. By keeping things lean we ensure we only use the leather we need for the orders that are placed. Vegetable tanned leather takes months to make and stocks are often small at retailers meaning it can be long waits to get more leather, especially after, ya know, how the 2020s have been going so far.

  • Wallets have a 30 day lead time
  • Small goods (bookmark) have a 10 day lead time

All of these are indicative and through issues out of our control these lead times may increase (because we ourselves have very long lead times for acquiring leather hides, zippers and hardware). We will endeavor to let you know what timeframe to expect and we may pull our items from sale if we cannot guarantee the lead times above.


Shipping times:

  • Orders in Australia generally will take 2 to 8 working days.
  • Express orders in Australia generally take 1-4 working days.
  • Orders to New Zealand take 4-10 working days
  • International orders generally take 6-27 business days
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
  • All shipments are tracked.
